1: PAYMENT TERMS
All AlumiGraphix™ car show displays, signage, and artwork require a minimum 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon final approval prior to print. Pricing is reviewed and adjusted periodically to reflect material, production, and market conditions.

2: STANDARD TURNAROUND
Typical completion time for local and online customers is 5–7 business days during show season (March–October). During peak production months (June–August), approval timelines may extend up to 10–14 business days due to increased seasonal production and demand. Turnaround begins once all required information, and deposit have been received  and approved.

3: EXPEDITED PRODUCTION
Expedited production is available when scheduling permits. Projects requiring completion within seven (7) calendar days or less from final approval are subject to a priority production fee of 10% of the project total (minimum $150).

Expedited projects are moved to the front of the production schedule once all required photos, specifications, and half down payment has been received. Expedited project proofs are typically delivered within 48 hours after all required customer assets have been submitted.

           Expedited Production does not include expedited production or S&H—only faster design and approval.

4: FRAMING & DISPLAY
Echelon Graphix does not provide framing services. For long-term durability and presentation quality, we strongly recommend the Gloss Aluminum option as the superior display solution for both private collections and public exhibition.

5: CUSTOMER-PROVIDED PHOTOGRAPHY
Customer-submitted images should be a minimum of 5MB per file to ensure optimal clarity and professional print quality. High-resolution photography directly impacts final presentation.
